iShopChangi redefined the beauty shopping experience by collaborating with global beauty leader Estée Lauder Companies to launch Beautique, a concept designed for today’s hybrid shopper who values both convenience and personalised service. At Beautique, customers can enjoy exclusive deals and tailored consultations that bring the joy of beauty shopping to life, whether online or at the physical location in Jewel Changi Airport.
To seamlessly connect these two worlds, a new branding and visual identity were developed, ensuring a cohesive journey across all touchpoints. The key visual features a curated selection of beauty products, each thoughtfully arranged to highlight its unique appeal without overshadowing the others. Delicate touches of leaves and flowers introduce an organic elegance, blending the natural with the luxurious. These elements subtly evoke themes of rejuvenation and self-care, core values in the beauty industry. Bespoke visuals were also created to celebrate special occasions like Valentine’s Day and Christmas, further deepening the brand’s connection with its audience.
